About Bear

In 2007 Bear began…

Bear is a new development and investment company run by me, Sally :0)

Bear exists because of my love for beautiful old properties, funky new buildings and fantastic design.

After uni in 2004, I started restoring houses (for fun!) whilst working as a land and estates surveyor for a national housebuilder. I really enjoyed working on my own developments so I decided to make it my full time job.

The development portfolio includes residential, offices, leisure and mixed use schemes.
